Hilary Klein- NASM Certified trainer. She has a life-long love of sports, health, and fitness. A well-balanced progressive program can improve the quality of life for anyone at any age. Certified in Silver Sneakers, Senior Fitness Specialist with continuing education in Improving Nutritional Habits and How to Eat Healthy at Home.
Sue Lyons- NASM Certified trainer with specialties in fitness nutrition and corrective fitness. Sue understands what it's like to have limitations and to overcome them using a safe, progressive, and integrated approach. In order to reach your maximum potential you need a proper balance of nutrition and exercise.
What is Medical Fitness? It is a growing field which focuses on specific exercise regimens to help prevent or improve many chronic health conditions.
Our exercise programs are overseen by John Voelz, who has his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Master's Degree in Exercise Science. He knows how to address your health conditions with different exercise and fitness approaches.
